Earning $NP for posting appraisals in the Appraisal Section

As per http://www.namepros.com/domain-appraisals/12820-appraisal-forum-guidelines.html, I was wondering how do you earn $NP for posting appraisals in the appraisal section?

I have made quite a number of appraisals over the past few months, but never received any $NP as far as I know. Why is this?

you just have to wait patiently till one of the staff member notices your appraisals and he approves you for earning np$ from appraisals.

i dont know when that happens because i myself am not earning anything.

I've been a member since Jan 2007, have completed both the Interviewer Q&A & Appraiser Profile ages ago as well. Do I just have to wait until a staff member feels that my appraisals are accurate, or do I have to PM anyone? Curious how this works
