I am on the verge of completing a massive end user deal for a short domain - getting 58 times what I paid for it.

I have cash in Escrow OK but I am not trying to PUSH the domain to the new buyer through EuropeDomainsLLC. I have sent faxes and emails that are required for the change of ownership, signature etc. But they are taking ages...Is there anyone who can help me find a valid telephone number for these guys? If this takes too long, I am going to lose the deal.

If someone can help, I can return the favour (PM for details).

Fed.

Sorry I hope you didn't take that the wrong way. I was going to ask if you were going to list my names with these newsletter if I let you broker them for me. I'm a fan of your sales and was hoping you can do the same for mine.I was just wondering if you had any other way to find end-users through other venues. :)

I'm a shade of deep green :D

But instead of burning up inside, I've decided to to start contacting end users.

Thanks for the push, cheers!

I have been consistently beating the market for last few months with many sales that I will not forget for a while. Invested close to $15k over 3 months and got more than a 420% ROI with the 7 domain sales.

Just sold TQB.com and this sale has brought me back down to earth. Purchased this domain for $7,800 about 2.5 months ago. Just sold via SN auction platform for $6,000 (before their 20% commission). This is a $3k loss.

I guess you can't win them all... :( :)

Sorry to hear of your loss, a lot of people are getting burned badly by LLL.com right now.

Fast as lightening

Just thought I would post my newest sale as I seem to be on fire lately, despite my minor setback with TQB.com

The below sale was not only a nice ROI, but the speed was faster than lightening. Let me explain…

I purchased 10mins ago: Nikas.com (cost me $885). Now, JUST 10 MINUTES LATER, I can already confirm that I have already negotiated and sold the domain to Nikas.gr – the funds have already been wired to my PayPal account: $2,000

This has to be my fastest yet. Most of the others took a few days, some even weeks. Whois ‘Nikas.com’ will be updated tomorrow.

I guess that I could have asked for a little more but I believe it is better to close a deal with a nice little ROI in a short space of time rather than ask for more $$$ and risk losing the buyer. Having said that, I just loved negotiating my first Ares.net offer of $400 all the way up to $21,500. But that was a unique sale to me.

Once again, I sincerely hope these sales are an encouragement to all. It clearly goes to show that these kind of sales (excellent ROI in short space of time) CAN and DOES happen if you play your cards right from the moment you sit down at the table.

Congratulations!

Nikas.com is a CVCV+S .com domain, and there are only about 1600 of these type of premium 5 letters .com available!

How did you feel comfortable buying Nikas for $885 when ones like Ludis and Hajos were selling for $161 and $171 respectively? Just trying to understand the thought process, because that's be a pretty ballsy move unless you already had a commitment from the buyer...

Congrats tho :)

yeah...even if u had a commitment already from nikas.gr.....couldnt u of gotten nikas.com for less...considering the recent price sales of comparable 5L.coms??

I don't mean any offense, but it just seems too good to be true that you bought at an order of magnitude above reseller pricing, contacted the buyer within minutes, he immediately got back to you, and he was willing PayPal you $2k right away without knowing who you are and that you'd actually transfer the domain to him.

Yes, I had already spoken with the greek shortly before snapping up the domain. If I didn' have their promise, I wouldn't have forked out high $xxx for this domain.

By the way, news just in: I have just sold 2 more domains.... these ones cost me a total of $60!!

- TopShopping(dot)Asia > $2,000
- Publishing(dot)me > $2,500

DNJournal 14th Oct. will have these gems published.

I cannot believe the amazing ROI I have been getting with domains over the last 2-3 months. I have only been in the game 4 months.

Thanks....

My next sale will certainly be Enclosures.net (now at GreatDomains.com). PM if interested.

By the way, I am getting tons of PM's (and thank you...)

To answer to all at the same time... YES, I DO broker domains and find/contact end users for you through extensive brokering (large quantity of personal emails/phone calls over a few days) for a small fee per domain, but I take no commission. Just shoot me your top 1-2 domains by PM and we'll find a solution.
