Huge End user sale

SpaceshipSpaceship
Watch
I am on the verge of being awarded a domain name at a SN expiry auction. I have already found THE end user and they are prepared to escrow the funds once the auction has ended.

Now, I know the domain will be transferred to one of SN partner accounts as soon as the auction is over - where it will have to sitfor the 60-day period.

Is there any way to push the domain to the buyer? Would he have to open up an account somewhere at one of SN partner accounts? Is this possible.

Hopefully I can find a solution as I really do not want to lose out on this mega sale. I thought that maybe I could give my login/password/access codes to the end user once I am awarded the domain so he can have complete MGMT control over the domain (during the 60-day period, in my account) - but I fell this option is a little risky as I have other premium domains in this account and you never know who you can trust!

What would be the best solution?

Thanks for your help and support.
Fed.

I guess Most of the SN partner accounts have the ability to push the domain to another accounts. The most secure way of doing this is to go by escrow.com, theyll send funds to escrow and u can release the domain then to get the payment . Dont bother about the 60 day rule, if the registrar doesnt allow pushes. Ask them to wait.

You should be able to push the name to another acount within the same registra. Just have the end user sign up for an account there. Best check with the registrar first , but it is usually the case.

Some enduser think creating acct at registrar is like rocket science.
I do this way sometimes.
1. create free email acct at Google.
2. create acct at registrar using that free email acct.
3. push the name to this new acct at registrar.
4. give registrar acct. login info along with free email acct. login info after you secured the fund.
5. new domain owner can change login info for both registrar and email acct.

Or depending on where the name ends up, you can simply relinquish the account info. :]
