POLYTECHNIC.BIZ - 1mill broad 22k exact searches per month with low competition. Up to £1 cpc

SMALL-BUSINESS-MARKETING.BIZ - 60k broad 8k exact searches per month, hyphenated, but a large end user base. Up to £6 cpc

chatty.BIZ - 60k broad 3.6k exact searches per month. A nice name for a chat site etc. I think brandability is the key to evaluating this one. CPC less than £1

Dot biz tld are hard to find endusers even with real word.

I don't know about the other 3, but Stoneware.biz has some value because of the high end user potential for the term.
