If you are lucky, I'd say $300-$400 might be possible.
But for example heating.biz sold for $79 in 2017, so I guess $20-$100 is a more realistic price range. If you put it to auction, $10-$30 is likely.

It is a nice name, a good Estibot valuation, and impressive that it was purchased in land rush and registered all these years. Still, as @tupungato points out it seems hard to get high prices even for good name in .biz lately. However Bob.biz went for $7500 which I (and I suspect most others) would never have predicted. I think that possibly you might get $1000 or a bit more, but something like $100 to $400 is more likely. It seems a pity with it having been kept so long and in a business where the name does make sense. Good luck with it!
