If you use the term harry poter in a domain you are breaching trademark rights

Before registering a name be sure they are not breaching trademarks

I think maybe registrars want the money and also it would be complicated and unnecessary to create a system to avoid it, I's an assumption you shouln't

I haven't read the registrars terms, but I'd bet is stated you can't

This is worth anything from a cease and desist letter to a lawsuit, which ends in YOU paying damages. Do some research into trademark law, cybersquatting, and UDRP before wasting anymore money.

Just because you can register it doesnt mean to say you should register it....a gun can kill, doesnt mean to say you should go out and shoot someone.

Loads of people register trademark names daily but that doesnt make it right and some get caught...
