In the future think in terms of the type of online business which would use the domain you are considering registering. If you have to stretch to think of why someone would want that domain, don't waste your money. Secondly, with .TV you need to be careful because .TV is not nearly as accepted as .Com or even .Net. You will have a more difficult time selling the name unless the keyword/s are clearly superior. For the most part focus your .TV regs toward keywords that lend them to video. Video can be used for a lot of topics but some keywords just aren't going to fit .TV even though they might be OK in .COM.
It's worth something because the phrase is provocative in many different contexts, has development potiential, and it is a very "visual" and active phrase of speech. It like it. I would at least pay reg for it if not a little more.
