Hi there,

I am hoping for an end-user type of appraisal. I sold a similar "Cincinnati House Cleaning" domain for $299 last week and am excited to try my luck again.


I found these two "keyword" domains and picked them up.

Houston Housekeeper gets 1,000 searches per month and CPC is $5.

Los Angeles Housekeeper gets 1,300/month and CPC is $3.

I found ChicagoHousekeepers.com for sale on Afernic for $900 - $2260 ... but I have no idea if he will get that much for it... don't know what the market is like over there. Chicago Housekeepers, the keyword, only gets 390 searches/month.


Should I sell these to an end user via email solicitation or try to list them somewhere (where?)

You are quoting broad search volume. You need to click "Exact" under match types in Google Keyword Tool.

Houston Housekeeper - 16 Exact
Los Angeles Housekeeper - 58 Exact

These are the type of domains that have very low reseller value, but you never know what an end user will pay.
