What do you guys think these dot nets are worth?

Housing Available dot [net]

They say that Smart Applications will one day move into the home - so that everything will be "Smart" etc. Hense "Home Applications" could be a place where you can update and download your Home Applications etc. - and Housing Available speaks for itself etc. Search for housing for rent in your city or country etc. etc.
