you need to have a hosting account with MySql DB.

Download the code from phpbb website.

Your hosting company may offer phpbb as a free add-on. Mine did, I found it along with many others in my CPannel under Software/Services. Hope that helps

You need a web host first.

Many hosts provide such scripts in their control panel to auto install. Its a pretty simple process.
