Need help: PHPbb modifications

does anyone know how to remove the big PHPbb logo in the forum. The usual colorful one one at left with the gaul tent and phpbb letters.

I tried to ftp and remove the images but still it appears on the board.

In FTP go to \templates\subSilver\images and delete the file name logo_phpBB.gif or name your new image logo_phpBB.gif so it overwrites it.
