Forum Phpbb move from site.com to site.com/forum

How do i move my phpbb forum, which is currently

www.domain.co.uk/

to

ww.domain.co.uk/forum

It should work if you just copy all the files to /forum/

Then go to settings and change the directory !

But, I'm not sure..

It would be a bit easier if you changed your directory path, in your settings first though.

Then move the files. :tu:

The db path is absolute, not relative, so it should work fine.

when you say go to settings and change the directory, do u mean go to the admin part of the forum and then configuration and change that bit there ?

I can do it for free.

Just copy your files to /forum, then go into the db, and in the config table look for script_path value and change to forum/

Download this php file called cookie.php and after moving all forum contents just run this script to write proper domain name and cookie settings...
