.tv Pheenix .tv dropcatches

Hi guys,

I recently noticed, pheenix has been catching a lot of .tv domains. Yesterday it was Ga.tv. A few days ago it was another two letter .tv domain name. Today, i believe they also caught Rv.tv.

However, i tried to place a backorder for the above two on pheenix, ga.tv and rv.tv but it kept saying i couldn't place a backorder of them and in the end they're the one that caught them?

Please can someone shed some light on this? How do i place a BO in the future with them? Hexonet doesn't seem to accept two letter domain names. Someone always beats me on Name.com.

If there any other BO service for .tv?

If they are premium .tv's, nobody will be allowed to dropcatch them on Pheenix.com, except the owner. He is not taking outside requests to catch names.
