Peaches017 Account Deleted, No Response from NP, lost TR, PMs, NP$, and Domains

I'm sorry if this is the wrong forum, but I've already experienced ZERO help by having my thread in the "Contact Member Services" section.

Over two months ago I returned to Namepros (after a long break) only to realize that my account was deleted.

I re-registered with the same username and asked for help. I started a thread in the "Break Room" that was quickly moved to the private staff-only forum. I have waited for more than two months, and after bumping the thread twelve times I have received nothing more than a "we'll get to it."

I don't want to cause problems... I used to be super active on NP (approaching 3,000 posts I think), a moderator, "king for the day," etc, etc, but I'm getting pretty frustrated for 3 reasons:

i) Anyone could have registered my old account and used it to tarnish the reputation I built up over years;
ii) I have lost all contacts, PMs, TR, (and NP$ - not sure how much I had). Even domains I have registered through NP.
iii) I have received next to no response from the NP-team.;

So I am now asking in public. I don't care if you can't get my account re-instated today, but at least give me a time frame and tell me that you're hearing me. Again, I'm not trying to make you look bad, but I need some answers.

Don't whisk this thread away into a staff-only forum, I've already seen how attentive you guys are to those.

BUMP if you want this looked at.

All I can say is good luck. Perhaps try PMing 5-10 staff members (as high up as possible) at a time, linking to the thread?

I had a relatively serious problem once and tried contacting them via that board and only received one reply which didn't actually read what I said in my first OP. (Then after more bumps I got effectively flamed saying along the lines of "As we said in our PM to you, we sorted this etc etc" - when I actually never received any PM or reply apart from that one which was just someone mis-reading what I had said).

Seriously, just PM them a lot. Once a week? Two months without any help is long enough; probably a case that this has been forgotten about, not that it's taking a while to complete (in a worst case scenario, I can't imagine it'd take more than 2 hours to look through the old DB backups and sort it out)

Peaches017 and Cybertonic's accounts were deleted accidentally when I was removing them from the buyers group. I have no idea how I'm going to get them back in to the new vb, even with the old backup .sql files.

Trader Rating is in the current database. I can salvage that, it wasn't deleted. If we can figure out NP$ and your join date, it can be adjusted on your current acct. Domain names are moved into enomcentral.com. We can push them to an eNom username.

I really doubt everything can be resorted after a account deletion. I don't know if vBulletin can but I know we cant in SMF. I hope RJ will able to recover whatever what can be salvage from your old account.

I don't think it can be automatically restored either, although you can manually give people higher post counts and all. Linking back the TRs and PMs is much harder, but do-able if you understand the MySQL DB structure.

I don't know why it now says "Guest" at the top. I still have this "new" account, but haven't been given any update about getting back my PMs, Posts, TRs, NP$, etc. etc. etc.

But I still haven't received a follow up about anything ;/
Have you tried just PMing the higher ups every couple of days until they fix this? Hope you can get this sorted soon, it's not really good enough.
