Lost stored emails and Firefox favourites on reinstall.

Hi I was forced to re-install windows and all applications today which was very annoying to say the least. I have spent the last few hours getting everything back to normal.

My problem that i need help with is microsoft outlook has lost all the emails i had. Also not as important but annoying firefox has lost all it's bookmarks.

Now I didn't re-partition or format my disk drive so those settings are still there somewhere, anybody know how to get them back?

I'm not sure if there is a way to get them back? I lost mine awhile ago also.

Now what I find really annoying is my address bar gets cleaned out about once a month - And thats where I go to for all more links I frequient, instead of keep typing them in.

I hope the update will keep everyone from losing our data.

Nope don't know of any way you could do that, back in January i got a new CPU so i lost all of my emails in Outlook Express aswell

Yuo only delete yours once a month?I delete mine daily, just so that im not using p any more space then i need to since i visit so many pages a day.

I don't clean them out, Firefox does.

What I do is have all my site I visist often in there, so I just click the arrow to drop it down and select the site. I don't like typing the site in manualy. But Firefox is cleaning them out like every week this month and it's getting annoying because I got to type them in all over again.

Even netscape mail does that. That is why I love to use gmail.
