PayPal Money withdrawal question

Hi,

I am from India and i am looking to withdraw some money from PayPal to my bank in India i.e. either Bank of Baroda / ICICI / SBI Bank. The problem is i have salary account in one of the bank so i cannot withdraw the money in that and in rest two bank i have my uncle account where we both have similar Last Name i.e. Surname.

My question is can i withdrawn the money in my uncles account ??

Why you can't withdraw to your salary account if it has your name. Is it because of tax problems. I mean i use my salary account for paypal withdrawal and hence it can be done so incase you think otherwise.

Regarding your second part of the question, i think you can do it technically speaking. I guess you can change the first name when you make the withdrawal in paypal. But not sure about the legal angle.

By the way are you from India ? If yes how much time it takes to deposit money directly in your bank account from paypal ?

Anywhere between 3-5 days on average.

Don't do this, paypal can lock your account for this, can't you just open other bank account?

This is what i am thinking about now, but the process is bit long and i wanted to withdraw money before next weekend, anyways lets see how fast i can do.

I got a new account in one of the nationalized bank, now just wanted to know how much time it takes in money transfer from PayPal to my bank account in India ??

I am also using the service of paypal it takes five to three days I think it is the same with your country.

i think you are right, its almost two days but the transfer has not happen yet, so i think it will take max 5 days..

weekends they take more time may be u get in tuesday

You may be right chandan, my paypal shows transaction is completed but when i check in my bank account on saturday nothing is deposited, so it looks that i need to wait for day or two..

it means paypal completed from their side after 1-2 days u can see the deposit in your bank.
