When you buy NP$ from NP$ exchange, buyer and seller receive PM with needed information about paypal.
It could be useful to include in the PM sent to buyer a simple Paypal link exactly like a PayPal "buy now" button. Buyer could click on the paypal link and go directly to the paypal payment page.
