NP$ escrow

I enjoy the NP$ escrow when you buy or sell from NP$ exchange. It's really useful because seller and buyer are in trust.

Maybe NamePros could extend the escrow system to other transaction ? Like template, design contest, etc.

For example, if you read Graphic contests pre-paid., it could be useful to have NP$ escrow system here to have guaranted paid for NP$ design contest.

I did some paid script modification and I prefer to work and send the job when buyer paid via PayPal, but if we have NP$ escrow here, I'd ask to use this system.

And it could be boost the NP$ economy

I don't think a such system is really hard to develop. Maybe RJ has same idea already...

I think the same issues that were brought up in the other thread apply here...Yet, I think it may work for sales, but not auctions. Let's see what everyone else thinks about it.

Thanks Tom, but I agree, I don't see how it could be work for auctions, except when auction is closed... but I didn't talk about auction myself...

like the other thread, NP$ used for such projects "cannot" be used for auctions, just solely for such projects.

otherwise you could your NP$ also for the auctions and the contests.

But if RJ wants to integrate it in to NP that would be great :P

Otherwise i will create a system based on specifications and then RJ can integrate that

Well I dont really see how it will help. They put the NP$ into it. You send the domain, they click you never sent it and get the NP$ back. The mods/admin would still need to go in and send you the NP$.

It could work exactly like np$ exchange works today...
