for example if buyer buys np$ and payment is set as
[email protected]

then actual payment will be paid only by that email and not another, just to prevent suspicion in other words why would buyer post a paypal email different from his/her actual paypal email to pay the seller?

I just refunded 3 transactions because of this.

That's already in place and how it's suppose to work. I don't know why people enter the wrong email address. Maybe we could make it a little bit more clear.
