PayPal discriminating US residents
I found it hard to believe but it is true.
Opening an account with PayPal in the US version of the popular company does not mean you have the same rights of someone else who does the same thing in Australia, just for example.
Here the proofs:
This is what PayPal Australia asks before to accept a payment from someone.
These are the conditions of an Australian Basic account:
and these are the conditions for the Premier/Business account, still Australia:
Refund policy:
And here, the PayPal USA Premier account conditions:
Here, you can see that since I did not add a bank account, it says my USA account is LIMITED (THIS DOES NOT EXIST in other Countries):
And here....you can see WHAT by "Limited" they mean : max amount that I can use = ZERO $
There are actually some other differences.
One of these is that PayPal USA offers the PayPal debit card, while I have never seen it on PayPal Italy or PayPal Australia.
