Payment issue

Hello PayPal Community, I hope you will fine. I am using PayPal for long time having no issue before but few days ago i faced an issue with Payment method. Actually Few days ago i just signup on Namecheap Services for buying Domain and hosting but when i will to go Add Fund on Namecheap from Paypal then I see new window with completly Empty..

How can i Solve it ?

You'll have to open a support ticket with namecheap for them to look into this matter.

There are many reasons PayPal might not be working correctly. The site itself could be down, or you may have an unverified account or not enough money in your account. There's also a chance that you haven't confirmed your bank account or card
