Parked domain generating traffic.

I was wondering what is the best method of generating traffic for a parked domain that has no backlinks and is brand new.
domain is lowpricedrepai.com and cheapsolarparts.com

There is no good or legit way for a new domain to get traffic except from natural typeins, an old website with seo ranking that's still in effect and can get traffic from a web search, PR, and from old links,

Thanks, so i guess recently dropped domains are best especially if it has backlinks and page rankings.

While you got the standard answer that most people give, it's not exactly true for all parking services.

There are some places where you can park your domain and they will allow some types of marketing and promotion. You will have to contact a provider you are thinking of first to see what they say. The ones I have used allow me to get links from other sites to my parked domains. It takes some work and don't make tons of money, but it makes more than if I didn't do anything.
