How do these domains generate traffic?

I currently have my domains parked at namedrive.com. I'm seeing that weird domain names like hospice-america.org, search11.ch and avoider.info are all generating traffic.

Who the heck would ever type hospice-america.org by accident on the internet address bar and click on an advertisement? Or who would type search11.ch?

in addition, gatlinburg.info, irop.com, why would these domains ever generate traffic? personally, i would never type gatlinburg.info on my address bar....
