Yes, they did it again! Registered some domains i got my eyes on. I can't believe how Eurid can allow to allow non-accredited registrars to register .eu domains.
This really pisses me of. If it was a fair deal, A healthy competition and fair chance for everyone to obtain a domain i would not complain. i would only feel a bit dissapointed.
But this man! They f'ing know that these phantom registrars are still going at it.
And why? It's so easy to disallow those scammers. They got a official list of accredited registrars so i would say only accept those and others you ignore.
Then the ones that got their offcial status and are obviously only created to cheat the system can also be easily disallowed for the most part.
Accept only registrars that holds a 5 year period of existence and other registrars that would not exist so long have to be denied for registering .eu domains.
Anyhow that would be mine approach...
I'm really curious what there can be done about it in a collective approach? Also...
Since the registrar(s) that registered most of the domains i was going after as well are not official and non-accredited by Eurid themself i am wondering if i can protest against the current registrant since this is of course an angle of approach i guess?
What do you guys think? Is it costly to dispute the registered status because of the registrar not being a official accredited registrar? And is this a viable objection legal wise?
I would say so...but?...
