Outbound emails for keyword based, brandable based domains - It is understandably BUT for brandable domains which are not real words? I have brandable: Zarnie. It may be a name for every company in the world from any industry/niche. So How to write correctly outbound email for such brandable domain?

Most Brandable Are sold Via inbound, It's too hard to do outbound for Brandable names because there is no potential buyers
