Here is the situation:
On june 22 I bought C/a/p/i/t/a/l/S/e/r/v/i/c/e/ com domain name from @linuxfreak
The transaction went through DAN.
Seller pushed domain to my onlinenic account.
The OnlineNic support confirmed that I a'm the owner, here is the chat support fragment:

It is fine now and you have full right for the 100% management of the domain.
after that I released funds at DAN.

Just today I got a message from OnlineNic telling me that they removed domain from my account, they don't explain anything.
So, did anybody have similar experience? What to do in this situation?

P.S. @linuxfreak, may be you know something?

Thank you everybody for the support. So far OnlineNic told that
The account holder of 61***4 claimed the domain via SnapNames and then sold the domain.
He raised a payment dispute(chargeback) with SnapNames after you release the funds to him.
I am just curious: what are rules in those kind of situations? Could such "reclaiming" violate ICANN transfer rules?

Not if you didn't transfer it.

Buying "push" domains is crazy, as within that 60-day lock anything can and will happen. most of it bad. If you are spending any significant money, only proceed if you will get a valid transfer code and take that domain as far away from the original registrar as possible.

So who did the chargeback? The guy who sold you the domain or the original account holder? Are they even aware an account changed hands? How much money are we talking?

Good luck getting this resolved!

So far no significant updates. The interesting part is that it looks like SnapNames have no record about the chargeback.
This Is what Snapnames wrote to me when I requested additional info:
Our records show that the domain auction failed and was refunded to the winner of the auction dated 5/18/2020.
Thank you for submitting a ticket. I have looked at the previous auctions and there is no reason given for cancellation. I apologize.
The name was taked away on august 4, which is 2.5 months after the 5/18/20
But OnlineNic does not care, their replies are mostly
SnapName received a chargeback of this domain name which was raised by the seller
We have provided all the details in our previous mails
So, I am not even sure if there was a chargeback.
I also contacted DAN, nothing so far. @DAN.COM , @LaszloSchenk, may be there are some updates?

Interesting advice - is it based on your experience? We could challenge the purpose of the 60-day lock, since it can be opted out anyway?

I got Some info from snapnames recently (they were feeding me with wrong info before that (I really want to say a couple of "warm" words regarding their support, but I would restrict myself this time)):
We have confirmed that on 7/31/2020 the auction for CAPITALSERVICE.COM was reversed due to a chargeback

So, the picture looks like this:
1) @linuxfreak bought onlinenic account which had disputed domain, from a seller who got that domain from snapnames.
2) I bought the name at DAN on June 22 from linuxfreak
3) on 7/31/2020 snapnames receives chargeback,
4) snapnames notifies that they had chargeback to onlinenic and they confiscate the disputed domain.

Since this name was not stolen from somebody, there is nobody to return it to. So it sits under my whois. Looks like OnlineNic is waiting for it to expire and to resell it without violating any ICANN rules.

I see that linuxfreakj's account is restricted now, but who know: @linuxfreak may be you would consider a refund?

By the way, I asked DAN for help (by email), at first they promised to look into it, but now they are just ignoring my emails. @DAN.COM @LaszloSchenk
