One word domain?

I found this one word domain (.com) that is 8 letters and has a clear meaning, but the word isn't exactly a commonly used word. Do you just register it just because its a one word or not?

Since it was a one-word .com I believe there was profit in it.. albeit a small one.

 

[JoeDomain]

I would register it because if made into a site it would have the highest index every time it was typed and if it was something relevant to anything you could make a nice killing.
