Hi all,

I am new to the whole domain industry.

A bit of a hobby that i'm still trying to get my head around.

I have bought some shockingly bad domain names and hopefully some ok ones as well (only time will tell).

I have recently bought a one word, dictionary word, .Com and I was wondering what is the best way to value it? Even better how to monetizerize it.

It does receive some 'Exact' google searches (2900 per month) which I am assuming would help?

Any advice on how I should pick domains or monetizrize them would be greatly appreciated?

Thanks

Hi Nappy Bunch! You'll probably need to post it on here for people to view. Some of the pro's I find are spot on with values but then again every domain is different.

Whats the domain?

As far as the bad domains you bought, I'd just say try to keep that to a minimum and use them as a learning curve for the future. Everybody buys good and bad names so don't feel bad about it.

Good luck on that domain.
Just because it is in the dictionary does not mean the world is beating a path to it.
Especially medical terms that may make a doctor, nurse or pharmacist head to the dictionary.

Best bet would be to find someone in the medical community that is familiar with the term and might use the domain.

Otherwise, just another domain sitting on the net.

dictionary domains that are available to register, are available to register for a reason

how to monetize, who would buy, etc. should be considered before registering
