have any new ones launched in the past two years. We all know Tulsa.TV and Boston.TV - plus the dot tvs owned by TV stations.

I'm looking for real independent US GEO DOT TVs that have launched since Aug 2007.

Someone asked me - I can't think of a single one that has launched.

In fact, it looks like Tulsa.TV and Boston.TV haven't been updated since the summer.

I'm developing a geo, but it'll take some time for me to finish since I'm going to school and working a job as well.

I will finish it before this summer (hopefully).

Yea, someone asked me to provide a list. I gave them a handful, but two were tv stations and one was HamptonRoads.TV. Tulsa.tv and Boston.tv were the only indys on the list.

Plus verisign strikes again, see the question I got asked (in the private area).

I didn't realise things were quite so bleak in the US for geo.tv.

Surely there must be more than the few we've heard of so far.

One I just remembered OceanCity.TV - This is the DC's weekend getaway. They are tied into Comcast.

The problem is that most US Geos are held by 7 or 8 people. Between Fin, myself, the Dr, Chris Kuba, Sherri Mason, Brian Berke, Sanchay Kumar, Niko Younts, and Antonis - I think 80% of the US Geos are covered.

Sedona.TV looks nicely done. (oops, missed the post-2007 spec. I think Sedona.TV has been around a while.)

Thanks Patty. Repped. Missed that one. I don't remember seeing it on any of the lists.

Those 8 in aggregate, here is the list:

NewYork.TV + NYCity.TV + NewYorkCity.TV
LosAngeles.TV
SanFrancisco.TV
Oakland.TV
Atlanta.TV
Seattle.TV
Indianapolis.TV
Charlotte.TV
Raleigh.TV
StLouis.TV
KansasCity.TV
WashingtonDC.TV
Orlando.TV
Jacksonville.TV
Tampa.TV
StPetersburg.TV
SanDiego.TV
Houston.TV
Dallas.TV
FortWorth.TV
SanAntonio.TV
Austin.TV
Tucson.TV
Portland.TV
Providence.TV
Memphis.TV
Louisville.TV
Cincinnati.TV
Cleveland.TV
Minneapolis.TV
VirginiaBeach.TV
Syracuse.TV
Buffalo.TV
Newark.TV

plus throw in LiveBroadcasting.TV team (Denver.TV, ColoradoSprings.TV), Chicago.TV, and Landmark (Baltimore.TV, Richmond.TV, HamptonRoads.TV), Boston.TV (Boston.TV and Columbus.TV), millers (SanJose.TV), and the guy who owns (Philadelphia.TV and Nashville.TV)

You are getting close to 100% of the top US geos in the hands of a very few people.

Then add in Ben who owns most of the top Canadian Geos except Montreal.TV.

Major North American development (multiple sites) really depends on a 12-15 people.
