One of my dropped "Wii" names has been trademarked...

I found this by accident and almost screamed like a little girl.
I dropped a "Wii" name a little while back and now it's got a "comming soon" lander showing "™"

This is particularly upsetting for that was the only "Wii" name I let drop.

I'm gonna have to go back and see what it becomes. At least I feel this validates the value I saw in the name when I regged and renewed before letting dropppppp!

There is no tm for keywii according to uspto.gov.

You can put "tm" on anything you create without registering the trademark. No need to cry just yet
