I found this by accident and almost screamed like a little girl.
I dropped a "Wii" name a little while back and now it's got a "comming soon" lander showing "™"

This is particularly upsetting for that was the only "Wii" name I let drop.

The name is:

KeyWii.com

I'm gonna have to go back and see what it becomes. At least I feel this validates the value I saw in the name when I regged and renewed before letting dropppppp!

There is no tm for keywii according to uspto.gov.

You can go here and check for yourself:

http://tess2.uspto.gov/bin/gate.exe?f=searchss&state=14msve.1.1

You can put "tm" on anything you create without registering the trademark. No need to cry just yet ;)

DOH!

*wipes the egg from his face

I guess I was just hoping in a strange way ;)

Makes it even more strange why some one would put up such a lander.
Thanks for the correction. I should have checked first. :D
