Hello,
As far as I'm aware, IOC is the most ugly organisation to deal with, when they are speaking about their right to use Olympic symbolics in domain names. Shorter - you don't want to be an owner of domain which deals with anything Olympics.
Question is - do they have the rights also to not-so-Olympic-names-at-the-first-sight, like torino2006.org, for example? I am absolutely sure that winter games wouldn't be the only event in Torino this year and organizers of other events have the same right to the name. Or is IOC an exception in this case?
Thanks for any insights.
