Hey everybody this is Taylor coming to you from a library.

I just thought I'd let everybody know that I'm homeless now because my aunt and uncle kicked me out a couple days ago. I was able to sleep at a friends house for two nights but not anymore . Doesn't that suck? They were supposed to take care of me for another year since my mom died of cancer this February, but they apparently wanted to get on with their lives.

I may be absent from NamePros for a while and I'm going to have to sleep in a shelter tonight or maybe a park, whichever is easier to get to.

I don't have a job right now and I don't have any income whatsoever. Some of you may know that I have an album out and I would be really really happy if you could support me by buying it. It's only $5 US and you can hear some of my tracks here: http://www.purevolume.com/taylorhewitt - I guess I will be able to now rap about being on the street and be more sincere than most of the gangsta rappers out there today. Anyway you can PM me if you want to help and I'll tell you my paypal address and get the email that I can send the tracks too. It's got 11 songs .

Please don't delete this. I really would appreciate any help at all. This isn't a scam or anything, I've been a member here for almost a year now and I guess a lot of you might know me.

Thanks very much for the continued support and kind words guys.

I slept at my grandmas house last night. Tonight might be at a friends house.

In Canada you can legally leave home at 16. My aunt and uncle are not my legal guardians as of a couple months ago so there is nothing the law can do to put me in their house. They can't put me back in ottawa either but I should be getting some money from him hopefully.

I have an appointment on Tuesday at 1pm with an "Ontario Works" worker to see how much welfare I can get and if the government can force my dad to pay me money or something. I don't want to go that route though, I'd rather get paid by the government or something. Even if they give me like $300 that would be enough for me to pay rent because I'm getting $200 a month now because my mom died from cancer and it's something I get cuz I'm her son.

Where is your dad standing at the moment? He doesn't want you to live with him either?

I'll always be welcome to come back and he's supporting me as his son, but he doesn't support my decision.

My family isn't helping me because they say it would be "enabling me to succeed".

In Canada I believe your parent/guardian are responsible -
financially anyway - until the age of 18...You can legally
leave home at 16 but parent/guardian are responsible until
18
However, Taylor you can go to Social assisstance - and if
you are under 18 - they have to help you, Immediately! Tell them you
can't wait until Tuesday - you have no where to go and no money,
thay HAVE to help you!
they can still help you, with something/anything food/shelter
usually the same day...
And if there is a local MPP's office - just go there and tell him what's
happening, and watch how fast you get the help you need!

I wonder why no one has attached to this tragedy that your mom recently died of cancer. Sorry to hear all this. Not to sound cruel but your Aunt and Uncle may have done you a favor. If you were living with them and simply messing up in school and such...you need to get off your ass and start being responsible. The sooner you learn the lessons of life the better off you will be later. Life sucks and there is no cure for that. I been homeless too. It does seem like you are adjusting as best you can. Don't give up is my best advice to you.

October 5, 1989. Nothing like being a man a month early, good luck to you. I think you can do it on your own, your in school, got a job, an album, and internet access. Besides you have to remember that school should come first then work. Don't forget about churches and such .

I just read your blog, and I am pretty impressed by your strength and courage, not to mention your humor during these tough times.

I've never been homeless, so I can imagine what you're going through, but it must be twice as hard not having your mom beside you. I want to wish you the best, and don't ever give up.

This experience may be bad, but I think it'll help you to grow as a person, and you'll be a stronger person moving forward. If you ever feel weak, depressed, or down, call out to God and pray. He'll answer your prayers; maybe not on your time, but on his time.

To be honest I don't care that you don't believe that I'm homeless. That's what I wrote on my blog yeah and all those times I've been on xtreme italk, those are probably correct as well. I'm not denying that. But look at the length of my blog posts and look at maybe one-sentence-long posts. Xtreme iTalk is my site and it's relaxes me to surf around it and post. Do you really think it relaxes me typing out about how I had to walk for two hours in the rain at 2am with a bunch of heavy shit?

I don't feel like have to prove a thing to you msfedxx.

Thanks for your encouragement Steve. Although I am not a religious person, I do pray from time to time. I'm not a believer in organized religion and I don't want my life to be bound by rules like you can't eat this animal or you can't go out in public without covering your body up. I have morals and those include knowing that killing a person is bad, stealing is bad, and lying is bad. If there is a heaven and I am a good person, then I see no reason why I should be sent to hell :P

I slept in a park last night again and I like to pray for the strength to make it through the night though. I did but I think I'm coming down with a cold now but yeah I'm still alive.

My grandma is living in a half-old folks home and half apartment. Her lease states she cannot have anybody stay the night and I stayed there once already which is enough.

This library has filters but it doesn't filter my forum or this forum or gmail or google talk. I have difficulty getting on msn though.

How do I withdraw the $? what kind of question is that? I go to www.paypal.com and I click "withdraw". Then I wait a few days and I can take it out of my bank account.

And obviously I'm going to promote my album since if people buy it then I get money and I can buy food with money.

yes Jesus Christ will help, if you believe and pray. PS that thread states by you , that you chose to be homeless because noone can tell you what to do. I am sorry but you are under 18 a child. So you want to be an adult, first try acting and talking like one. On the age thing I apologize for that if I am wrong or who knows, that may be a lie also. I'm not trying to be an adult. Believe me, I would rather live with anybody's rules if they feed me and put a roof over my head.

Just my two cents..

You had a place to stay and would still have a place to stay if you'd applied yourself to your schoolwork and followed whatever rules there might have been in your household.

You have options available to you and it sounds as if you have some caring relatives who'd be willing to help out, provided you also meet them halfway and do your part.

It's "your" choice to remain "homeless". I don't really consider you homeless as you do have a place to go to, should you choose to.

That's your choice but I can't empathize or sympathize with your reasoning.. not trying to be "insensitive", just calling it like I see it.

I understand your reasoning dgridley, but you don't know the full story.

I don't want to get into it so I'll keep it short: I was suicidal in Ottawa. I was miserable and a complete trainwreck. I got a terrible mark in summer school which never happens so I have to live in Mississauga for my education, mental health, and overall happiness.

Please stop judging the decisions I've made. If it's the wrong decision then I'll find out sooner or later, right?
