What do you do in case of end user offers on names after you have already sold and pushed it to a reseller?

I have seen quite a few people going through this thing.
What do you do in such cases?

1) Buy the domain back for a higher price than you sold just to sell it to end user?
2) Let the offer go?
3) Tell the new buyer that there might be a buyer for the name and help them sell it as a nice gesture?
4) Sell it for them and take a commission for the sale on the difference price?

Any other ways?

1. Buying back the name could be too risky. So far 50% of offers I accept never complete the transaction (maybe the %age is too high because total number of transactions is low). So you will be struck with the low quality name at a higher cost.
2. Last option
3. Good option, when the money on the table is not worth the trouble.
4. Broker the domain for both parties, and keep your cut provided the margin is good.

Broker the domain or buy back at the price you can afford to lose should your buyer back off
