Hello,

how smart and useful is to use numbers in domain names that substitute some letters (for example, 1 instead of I or L, 0 (zero) instead of o). I don't think of numbers that stand for some words like 4-for, or 1-one, 2-to etc. cos its quite frequent usage.
I don't think its a good idea mostly because of SEO but would like to hear from you. Sorry if there was similar thread already, and for bad English.

Depends, generally speaking it is a very bad idea but 13375p3ak.com (leetspeak) or similar would be okay.

You just have to figure out who your customers for the name are going to be, unless it is something like phones4you.com you are likely to struggle I would say :)

Some like them, I personally prefer proper spelling :)

I think that the majority of webmasters prefer to reg domains without numbers.
