Folks,

i wonder why this numbered domains are selling in 4 figures ?
for example 55.com 63.de 54.eu .

why people invest in that? coz we never type 75.com in to our address bar for example :tu:

They maybe sell a product or have something that referrs to those numbers, the one who buys them.

But generally I prefer words over numbers, I'd never buy c00k13s.net over cookies.net, but numbers are sometimes good with some products if they are in a TM or brandname.

For example 007 people refer that to james bond, so agent007 is a good domain if you are out for a james bond domain.

rareity . there are only 100 .de nn's 00-99

many people have done well with nnn/ or nnnn's / com they continue to rise , i only have one nnnn .....bummer , numbers are popular with asian folk

I do not know of a single famous website with content that is a 22.com 33.com 55.com etc...

I fail to understand the value of those domains as well.

i think it is 454 which was sold for a huge price because of a dna code it related to ,it meant alot to some science engineer , he also purchased other '54' domains , i may have the numbers wrong

Also in asian culture 888 is considered lucky , things from car numberplates to phonenumbers have been sold for good profit !
