Wow, it's been a while since I've done this. Time for a new lottery. Here's how it works:

There are 100 tickets, numbered 001 to 100. Each ticket costs 50 NP$. Each person can buy up to ten tickets. Every three days I'll pick a ticket and that person will win 75% of the pot. 20% will go on to the next round. (I keep 5%.) If I don't pick a ticket that's been purchased, I'll pick another ticket in this manner:

The next drawing will be the final one. The owner of first ticket to be picked will win 90% of the pot.

After a winner is chosen all current tickets will be invalid and the five ticket limit resets, letting you purchase five more tickets for the next drawing.

To purchase a ticket send me 50 NP$ with "Lottery Ticket ###" as the reason.
