Oh and to whoever I "owed" this to

That was me. Apologies. I am under the impression Atom did not accept unregistered names for premium submissions. May I ask, are you a trusted seller? That's the only way I know to get a name uploaded without verification (and since you didn't own this name, I can't think of another way to bypass verification). If you are a Trusted Seller that would explain how you were able to submit a name you didn't own. If not, I'm lost for ideas.
I still wonder why you'd submit a name you want to develop for premium submission. It leans into making your original post less believable. I hope you can see that perspective.
Bummer you had a verification issue with Spaceship and missed their email. That is the reason the names never hit your account. I always pop into my accounts post verification to set up NS, etc - but we all get busy and obv this step can (in this case) was missed. With large folios accidents like this are bound to happen from time to time. Frustrating, but guess it's a cost of doing business.
I still stand behind my first post. Consider you may have had more success coming here with a humble attitude. Something like "I messed up! I thought I registered Tackle.now for my project, but due to my error I didn't. I even started building the project thinking I had the name secured. Argh! I have a few alternate names I could use, but I prefer to use tackle. If someone here owns it would you be willing to help a fellow domainer? I could trade you one of my coms or other TLDs that are equal or possibly even greater in value to you. Or I could offer to 2x your investment. Would surely be a huge help if you could consider it. Thanks!

" Or something to that effect.
If I received that sort of email, I'd be inclined to consider it thoughtfully. Instead your post came across as demanding and dismissive. And when people receive contact that reads in that way - they tend to dismiss and demand back. I'm not saying your contact was intended to read that way. And perhaps you felt it proper. But I can tell you how it read to me (and apparently others). An old lesson I learned "you never know what you said, til someone tells you what they heard" seems apropos here.
Hope you're able to finish your project with another excellent, concise, .now. Look forward to seeing the live site. Please show it to us once it's done
