I was able to pick up these two names in the 5th day of EAP for a great price. All the highly targeted keywords like news and porn sold in the 2nd day of EAP for around $3,400 each. Please share any of your .now, and your thoughts on the potential future. For some reason, I prefer this extension to .deal that also is in EAP.

650 listed on Sedo already , ranging from a wishful $14.6m (I think I would buy a private jet first :sneaky:) to $2800.

I am unable to choose .now in the dropdown. Tried refreshing, still doesn't work. How did you search for all the .now extensions?

It might be your browser. I just tried Sedo.com and it worked.

What selling price point you guys are shooting for? Are these on par with .io or much less?

Perhaps check Atom premium approved .now so you can get an idea of pricing

I would say Atom is valuing them at between 1-2% of .com value . So 10-20% of .io .....

Currently when you look at Estibot, the valuation is weak too. In fact, this extension has everything for being extremely popular very soon. It just needs a Brand Ambassador like Swetha @DNGear

Now is definitely my favorite new extension, lots of great marketing opportunities for brands. It's catchy and memorable, actually makes sense across the dot. It's not Com, obviously but compared to many of the 1000s of other extensions, the brandability is excellent.

I invested around $400 in 11 single-word .now domains, and I expect to 100x minimum in the next 1-2 years.

Definitely big on .now as well for all the points you mentioned.

I'm still surprised so many strong single words are still available 2 months after launch. My only guess is the OGs went hard on .ai, .io and .xyz and are sitting on too much inventory.

Picked these up today:
PainRelief.now
Prototype.now
Soap.now

Crossing Soap off my list! still great names out there. PainRelief .now is an awesome name.

It's still new, many of them may not of heard about it yet. A lot of the big time investors only check Namepros on occasion or rarely, and the release of .now wasn't heavily promoted (at least enough).

Loyalty to Namepros might've paid off with this one. :xf.grin:

I got lucky and saw .now mentioned on X. I was a month late to the party but have 40 .now and a wish list of over 700.

There's always a chance I could be wrong, but I just can't fathom a business owner outside of tech picking .io, .ai or .xyz over .now.

Com will always be king but I think .now will give it a run for its money in local service sectors.

Thanks for the help guys! :xf.smile:

Do new TLDs usually have a better sell-through-rate (domains per year) in the beginning, than the typical 1-2% of .coms?

I did a small field test with my GF. She thought that .now was good, but somehow .com seemed much more "trustworthy" to her.

I concluded from this, that healthcare names are probably not the most optimal choice either, because they require the most "trust".

Crossed prototype off my list.

Grabbed Cowork moments ago.

Is your gf familiar with any alt TLDs? Is it that she doesn't rate any trustworthy? Or only .now? .now is as trustworthy as any new TLD... so I'd imagine she doesn't trust any. In which case, it's just a learning curve (tens of thousands of businesses use alt TLDs, many of which are raising millions in capital).

As for my little test, the small business owners I know grabbed .now's immediately upon my making them aware of it. Without hesistation.

4 more approved for premium.

Had to revert to older logo versions for each because while the new ones are good they are the size of thumbnails.

Yes , lots of mine are tiny also, they are aware but haven't got around to the fixing it yet.
