I was able to pick up these two names in the 5th day of EAP for a great price. All the highly targeted keywords like news and porn sold in the 2nd day of EAP for around $3,400 each. Please share any of your .now, and your thoughts on the potential future. For some reason, I prefer this extension to .deal that also is in EAP.

Well tbh, I wouldn't accept these either (at Atom). These are not action verbs which is likely why Atom opened up premium for .now

I'm not saying these names were unworthy of registering (I own Mover for example). I'm just saying these are not brandables that fit Atom's audience, but rather exact match SEO sort of words.
I don't think action oriented names are a requirement for Atom

I've got plenty of nouns on Atom

Roof.io (not mine) is on Atom. I think you'd agree Roof.now has more potential than Roof.io

So I transitioned 12 of my names to Atom, but I did the standard listing. There was a $3 marketing exposure option per domain that I selected that promises everything in premium but you stay at 7.5% per sale. Has anybody else used this option.
I would not waste my money on this IMHO. I did this would premium 9.0+ names, and spent money to rank them higher. ZERO sales. Atom needs to work on their marketplace ranking system and push the quality names to the top.But for right now not worth it to me.

It was just $36. If nothing comes from it, nothing lost for me.

Atom's got plenty of generic single words on their platform

Castle.ai
Lesson.com
Pastry.com
Stock.ai
Sling.ai
Nurses.ai
Lunch.ai
Shipyard.ai
Plywood.ai

Action oriented names are not at all a requirement for Atom.

They fit quite well with .now (was my point).

But you bring up an interesting point, Roof.now is better than Roof.io. However, it is my guess .ai and .io acceptance is more broad due to those extensions being 🔥. Perhaps way back when, the name Roof.io would've been denied as well. But when an extension gets hot, Atom rides the wave and things previously denied are now accepted.

100%. Perhaps I'm incorrect and the other poster has it right... that although .now is avail to list at Premium, they aren't really set up to accept them yet (or are waiting for the creme de la creme).

But it seems to me it's more the concept of anything with .ai will be accepted no matter how silly. Plywood.ai? C'mon

Let's be clear - your examples are .com and .ai. We all like .now, but it is not .com or .ai (yet). These are not the comparisons one should make (imo)

So....they must be reading this thread. I was just approved. All within two hours. So strange....

Awesome news re the price! That gives me hope and perhaps I will submit some of my action verbs there. If they're going to list them in this price range (which is appropriate) then I will reconsider testing a few

Yep, Protein.now just approved. A lot lower than I want but still good to see.

More great news. Very weird they accept one noun like Protein and not others like Roof. So my conjecture re action verbs was incorrect. I'm learning!

Well, roof.now is certainly better if we are talking about literal roofs, not metaphorical.

This has a $15k price... is this their suggested premium price?

Did you put in a suggested price, and if so in what amount? Or did you leave it as MO and they suggested this price?
The lowest .com estimate is 400k. No way would I accept 20k AND 25 % commission. Decline, and relisted as standard Bin + make offer but currently pointing to DAN.

Understood. So am I correct in thinking that you left it blank or did you put in a much higher suggested price and they put in $18999? (ignoring your suggestion)?

btw, for those with standard Atom .now's not one .now shows. Does everyone else see what I see?

If so, perhaps we need to all complain to their chat so they get this fixed. The more that complain, the quicker I'd think this is fixed

No their suggested price was $9k

I'm at gold level so I cranked it up since I'm in no hurry to sell not that it was going anywhere at 9k

Did you suggest a price at all? Or leave it blank and they came up with $9k on their own?
