I was able to pick up these two names in the 5th day of EAP for a great price. All the highly targeted keywords like news and porn sold in the 2nd day of EAP for around $3,400 each. Please share any of your .now, and your thoughts on the potential future. For some reason, I prefer this extension to .deal that also is in EAP.

Protein.now the sole premium .now name as of now is mine. Sadly, my 9 other submitted .now names were arguably stronger but were rejected.

I don't plan on submitting other .nows until the dust settles and Atom gets things worked out.

Spent two hours searching at NameCheap. Found one I wanted listed at 19.98. Put it in my cart to checkout. In the cart the price is now 130.00 Party.now, Nurse.now, Paint.now and tons of five letters all listed for 19.98 (good luck!)

This premium price scheme feels bad. Real bad. I'm guessing PorkBun is taking a loss? NameCheap is adding their own premium to the already premium? Anybody know why these premium prices are different. Why does NameCheap show a low price then switch to a premium price? (It does this a lot)

Not sure why you're seeing it... I find NC always properly shows .now registry premiums as does Porkbun and Dynadot. Sometimes when the registry feed is down the registrar offers up a base price (happens to me on Spaceship a lot). But when you go to reg it the price jumps. So perhaps you just searched when the feed was down.

Yes, all countries are $109. Large cities are also $109 - however I was able to find a handful of popular tourist cities at base price so they do exist if you put in the leg work.

All 3 letters are $109 as well. Greater than 4 letter is a hodge podge. Sometimes they are premium other times not. And it appears to have nothing to do with TLDs registered or developed.

I'd really like to understand how they put together the reg premium list for 4+L and greater. I find no rhyme reason (some words are obvious premium while other that shouldn't be, are). And then there are some I got at reg price that I would've thought would be premium.

Looks like it was 3 not 4. Rain.now is still being reviewed.

Of all your names, I think Fence is a good one. It has a cyber security feel and would be a great brandable for a security company (alongside the more obvious use cases). I'd request an appeal for that one.

I think they should accept Rain as well. It would be great for a marketing or sales lead/agency - alongside other water based use cases (landscaping, gardening, water park, hoses, etc). Both of these are short and one syllable. And fit well as brandables.

I did not mean to suggest your other names are bad (at all!). I simply think they are less "brandable". PestControl has one obvious use and is an excellent name for that use case. But I cannot think of one other use case - making it less appropriate for a brandable website like Atom (although I understand they do accept non-brandable SEO words like this).

I haven't bought any premium registry names... but there are a few good ones for sure. Those carry costs for a just launched TLD are gonna hurt though. But if the word is good - it could be worthy

Yeah, they just rejected a plural gains.now and the other singular is still pending.

So....they must be reading this thread. I was just approved. All within two hours. So strange....
