I was able to pick up these two names in the 5th day of EAP for a great price. All the highly targeted keywords like news and porn sold in the 2nd day of EAP for around $3,400 each. Please share any of your .now, and your thoughts on the potential future. For some reason, I prefer this extension to .deal that also is in EAP.

That's a nice website. Let us know when it goes live. Was it a premium registry name? Seems to me all 3Ls are
Thanks! Will do. It was indeed a $130 premium.

Had FOMO, and I gave myself another 500 budget to register some .now - domains. Picked up these business related terms (all base price - all .now):
  • legaladvice
  • mediation
  • dentalcare
  • cybersecurity
  • telehealth
  • influencer
  • marketresearch
  • staffing
  • livestream
  • carrental
  • rideshare
  • copywriting
  • translation
  • solarpower
Hoping that 1 sale will at least cover the registration costs of all 14. ๐Ÿ™

My final list of .now domains. I will not be buying anymore no matter how tempted I am.. Luckily, only 1 is premium pricing.

I am always hesitant with the TM violations. There were quite a few that I decided to pass on becuase of that issue.

Funny, I saw Justice went, and thought it was someone who saw your post... but it was you having a second thought! Happens to me all the time, lol.

I'm loving this TLD. I think that it is better than the exact match .com for a small business.

Justice.now

JusticeNow.com

It's obv not better than Justice.com.

I'm willing to register a dictionary word with other clear uses but for text I couldn't think of any other use other than a cell phone text. So I passed. Same for Forex, it was available but I passed. In fact, I couldn't even find any live sites except the .com. All fs - no other extensions live. Weird to me as their is even a .forex TLD so it can't be a true TM, but I still avoided.

2,080 .now registrations as of this AM https://ntldstats.com/tld/now
Only 464 .deal registrations, 3 of which are mine and I'll probably drop 1 of them.

Not sure what "unprocessed means"

Domains that have been registered but not yet fully analyzed or processed by the platform's system. This chart is about 2 days delayed as well.

ah, good to know it's a few days behind. I figured it had to be... many are taken and it couldn't be correct at ~2k. Has to be more like ~4k now

I dropped all three domains: cook.now, alert.now, and advance.now. Theyโ€™re now up for grabs. I picked up carinsurance.now and solana.now

Thanks for the update... I grabbed Advance. I feel like it'd be a good name for a cash advance/loan business. We shall see

do you see any big potential in .now domains?
To see any significant success with .now domains, itโ€™s going to take a massive marketing push to get widespread adoption. Sure, exact matches or domains with high TLD usage will find buyers. But if you look at Amazonโ€™s track record with their TLDs, itโ€™s hard not to be skeptical. Their most 'successful' TLD so far is .bot, which currently ranks at #195 with only 15,558 domains. As a .now holder, I really hope they make the effort to push this because it does have high-use potential, but Iโ€™m keeping my expectations in check.

Did the other tertiary TLDs have marketing pushes? Did .ai? Did .xyz? Did .io? .tv? .vc? All of these are meeting with some or a lot of success. I don't recall any marketing push for any of them (although surely I could be wrong)

The huge saving grace is that unlike .bot, this is a strong call-to-action tld that aligns great in this need it now society. I hope businesses/organizations will see it and understand how it can help them better connect with their customers.

I agree. I told a friend (a small business owner) that the dictionary word + .now was available for her business and she should consider taking it asap. She did. She hasn't decided yet if she will rebrand off her current .com, but she saw the benefit immediately and didn't take but a second for her to get it. I am of the mind this will be the case for other small business owners

Yes, many TLDs like .ai, .xyz, and .io did receive significant marketing through partnerships with registries and registrars like Dynadot, and Sedo etc. This was through campaigns, discounted prices, and integrated fast transfer networks to increase visibility. For example, .xyz benefited from a broad marketing push targeting tech communities and startups, leading to its widespread adoption.

Iโ€™m hoping .now catches on quickly since itโ€™s such a natural call to action for a lot of businesses. With around 2,000 registrations so far, it's definitely a solid start!

Looks like someone was watching over my shoulder as everything in my cart got registered... lol. I managed to grab my first and only two-word domain, HomeLoans, which is registered in 123 extensions. The call to action with this TLD is awesome!

Buy what you can afford. Don't stretch yourself thin trying to acquire domains.
