Joining us for a special live chat event on Thursday, November 30th will be Pinky Brand, director with mTLD (creators of the dotMobi extension). We will be discussing the .MOBI top level domain and what its future holds.
If you have certain topics that you'd like to see addressed, visit this thread and leave your feedback. While we will be preparing a list of some questions, the live format will give attendees the opportunity to respond and ask follow up questions in real time. We will be making the chat logs from this event available afterwards.
Hope to see you there!

About Pinky Brand:
Pinkard Alan "Pinky" Brand is a domain name industry consultant, currently directing new market development for dotMobi (mTLD Top Level Domain Ltd).
He co-founded two multinational domain name registration and portfolio management companies (existing today)that count the world's most recognized trademark holders as clients---generating total revenues in the tens of millions of dollars. The first was in 1996, Internet Domain Names, Inc. d/b/a idNames. That company was among the first in the world to develop commercial worldwide domain name registry search software and a corresponding database of registration requirements for over 200 country-code top-level domains, as well as introducing the concept of online intellectual property protection and management of domain name portfolios. He leveraged the world-record purchase price paid by his business partner in 1997 for “business.com” (for the then unbelievable price of US$150,000) by creating instant buzz around the world for their then fledgling Internet start up. He led the sale and integration of idNames to Network Solutions (NSI) in 1998. It was the first company acquired by NSI after they went public.
