.au Not meeting criteria on certain ccTLDs

Hi,

There are a number of ccTLDs that I would like to register. They're the same word as my dotcom.

For some of these ccTLDs, I don't meet the criteria to register them - e.g. having a trademark in that country, being a resident, etc.

Canada and Australia are the 2 main ones.

Are there any services that I can register the domains thru -- I guess it would mean that that service/organization would legally be the registrant, and there'd be an agreement between me and them on control of the domain.

And is this legal?
