No transfering out of RegisterFly

I was told from a Moniker rep that all RF domains are locked down tight from the registry due to litigation. Apparently no one can transfer any domain out of RF right now. Anyone looking to transfer out will need to wait for another 15 days to see what happens with ICANN.

Just thought I would save everyone some time waiting on hold with RF or another registrar's customer support...

I am just waiting for someone to loose a domain worth a few thousand and sue the pants off of RF. Either that or waiting for the class action law suit to kick in.

All my domain has Status: OK, however, when using RegisterFly transfer server, it simply answers Error, please contact RegisterFly. (This is for both Approve and Decline Option )

Moniker is $1.99 for the first year on INFOs, transfers and renewals are $6.95, unless I am mistaken. Still this affair does make Moniker look better and better.

I'm hoping ICANN will sort that out, maybe they get control
when they decide what happens, but that's 15 days away!
But I'm not going to attempt a transfer and have something
screw up, I'll just sit and wait! With fingers crossed... :]

Transfer out ASAP, and forward the request (complaint) of unable to transfer to ICANN, that will help. I have tried to transfer my infos out to gd from regfly, with ICANN's influence - the transfers are successful.

But I could not chase back my lost payment to regfly, darn.

I tried to transfer out a domain last night. The domain is now INACTIVE and not on the registerfly WHOIS server at all. Its on some other places and has ProtectFlys info, not mine. Also the nameservers were removed from it.
