I'm sure ALMOST everyone has heard this already, but here are some updated FAQ's from ICAAN including how to get your names out and what to do if your names were deleted.
I just have a few left to get out before I can rest. It has been a nightmare for just about anyone with a RF account so if you are having problems you may find an answer here.

Attention Registrants: RegisterFly Pending Termination

22 March 2007

Registrants should be aware that ICANN has issued a formal notice of termination of RegisterFly.com's Registration Accreditation Agreement (RAA).

ICANN has issued a letter to RegisterFly indicating that it will cease operating as an ICANN-Accredited Registrar on March 31, 2007. Under the terms of the Registrar Accreditation Agreement (RAA), ICANN must provide 15 days written notice to RegisterFly of its intention to terminate.

Effective immediately ICANN has terminated RegisterFly's right to use the ICANN Accredited Registrar logo on its website.

Between now and 31 March RegisterFly is required to unlock and provide all necessary Authinfo codes to allow domain name transfers to occur. Any and all registrants wishing to transfer away from RegisterFly during this period should be allowed to do so efficiently and expeditiously.

Terminating accreditation is the strongest measure ICANN is able to take against RegisterFly under its powers.

ICANN has been frustrated and distressed by recent management confusion inside RegisterFly.

When the Agreement is terminated, ICANN can approve a bulk transfer of all current RegisterFly domain names to another ICANN accredited Registrar.

Registrants should be aware of these facts in making decisions about the registration of names.

so domains will be still registered at this dead registrar unless they will be transfered ?

Thanks..As support seems to be dead at registerfly perhaps this new email address will get some results on domains missing from my account...If only they had a bulk unlock and bulk auth code request :(

The BULK TRANSFER does seem to be problem, with ICAAN not having the power to enforce/allow it while RF is still accredited. Unreal

One of the FAQ's.... just food for thought:

Q. I continue to receive renewal notices from Registerfly. Should I pay for renewal?

A. You can make this decision for yourself, but before you pay Registerfly for anything, look at their track record…

For what it’s worth, I tried to register a .com name with Registerfly a few weeks ago as a test. The registration failed, but that didn’t stop Registerfly from taking my $9.95 and asking me to try the transaction again a couple weeks later.

I moved away from RF a long time ago, guess it isn't all that surprising that they have come to this.

The website is all pretty and nice but in reality...hmm..

Thanks Mark for the updated info. I was going to merge mine into yours but there are still people confused over this so lets keep them both running for awhile to reach the most members.
I have 3 left waiting on approval. I had to get Enom to dig one out of expired when it still had months left. RF has had it locked up for two months already, and I still have a dot TV I paid to re reg, they held it in expired 2 months after I paid, then released it, it showed in my account but it was/is available. A$$hats.
