The domain is Mainstays.com and was regged by me 9/2000 at Enom. I have only been involved in parking since Sept 06 so I have stats since then. Traffic runs between 1000-1100 uniques a month, all direct navigation type-ins. CTR rate averages 39.7% and Dec CTR is running 42.9%.
These are the income details to date:
Sept $301.33
Oct $309.22
Nov $171 (SedoPro only). November is low because the domain was placed with a few different parking companies to compare with SedoPro. They didn't perform as well with the domain so I returned it to SP. At SP the domain has been increasing in revenue monthly.

I apologize if I am wrong in advance. I can not figure out where you get 1000-1100 uniques a month as you say, pretty close but need proof of the monies it is making. I checked all of these at sedo and this is what I have come up with and it shows the last 32 days according to sedo.. Please explain this to me. DOMAIN STATISTICS:

No problem msfedxx, stats in my listing are on the 1 domain "mainstays.com" only. I've not bothered to lookup traffic or income stats on any of the other domains because they are thrown in if bought as a package. They are nice domains, especially the US State domains, but the post wasn't about them. I have the "for sale" and "more info" links on the parking pages so people can look up traffic as you have done. Nothing to hide here. As I mentioned in my pm to you, I read SedoPro rules today and found they specifically prohibit posting of screenshots so I can only provide proof via e-mail attachment and will be happy to do that for any seriously interested buyer.
