How in the world are you getting traffic? I can't see anyone directly typing in- orchardbank-com.com That doesn't even make sense. You must be paying for traffic? or advertising a lot?

This is a legitimate question. Im am interested, I would just like to know more. Like will the traffic died once i buy? I am honestly asking how you built the traffic.

It's what i would call a SEO masterpiece
The domain get's like 85% yahoo and bing search engine traffic!

You can test that by yourself if you are located in the us.
There are a lot of keyword combination this domains comes up
as the 3. or 4. non paid search result.

For example if you search on yahoo.com (US)
keyword: Orchardbank
the domain shows up as no. 4 in the results!

For example if you search on bing.com (US)
keyword: orchard credit card
the domain shows up as no. 3 in the results!

and there are many more of this keywords where the domain is
very high ranked!

In the interests of accuracy and safety to both the OP and to any buyer, I'll make a correction: 'Orchard Bank' has two live trademarks, both owned by Capital One Financial Corp. Orchard Bank is still a going concern as a brand and Capital One still uses this term for their Orchard Bank Credit Cards, which are still being created and used. The owner/buyer of this domain/site is definitely open to legal action by Capital One for TM infringement...

Aside from that, I looked into the traffic claims and the website's serps and seo and the rest looks legit. However it was for auction on Flippa recently and didn't break the $400 mark, and I expect that is due to fears of the trademark.

OP, yes you've done a good job with the seo and getting traffic to the site; but trademark infringement is a serious issue, especially when you are making a good income from the site, and I recommend for your personal legal and financial safety you take steps to completely remove the website, drop the domain, and erase all evidence of this thread...
