No Change in Page Earning After Day 1

I was excited to see that my blog earned more than $7 in first few hours (3 0r 4 page impressions and 3 or clicks). But there is no change in page earning since then. Now shows 78 page impressions, 8 clicks but no change in earning?

Why is it so? Please help.

Once your blog get the top position for it's main keyword on google, your earning should boost, depending on how popular your keyword is.

Maybe those clicks has come from same visitor ? CTR for Blogs are kind of low.

$7 in first few hours ?Getting to many click in very short time is not good..
