No Assurance from Afternic Transaction Assurance?

Just got a sale a few days ago through Afternic and they sent me an email confirming the verification of payment and requested the auth code. After sending them the code, there seems to be no movement on the domain and no reply. Sent them a couple of follow-up emails the last few days and they haven't replied a single time.

Is this normal? Are you guys experiencing less support from Afternic as well? How often will such confirmed sales be cancelled for whatever reason?

I was informed they're currently experiencing some issues with payments to sellers. I haven't received my funds from recent sales. I'll update when they inform me about payment schedule. Hope it helps.

Problem solved, I was informed Afternic payment would go out next week.
