question No ABY means bot blocked?

At expireddomains, if WBY is 2019 but There is " -" under ABY, then what does it indicate? I manually checked in web archive it can't find any data. Was web archive blocked from crawling and is spammed domain?

It only means the data was unavailable. It could be any number of reasons from no robots flag to a glitch in the data transfer.

If spam is your concern there are a number of sites that monitor blacklists, including MX Toolbox.

Search engines don't publish lists of banned sites. You can search for the domain and if it doesn't come up it was either never indexed (for any number of reasons) or possibly banned. If you already own a site and have installed analytics Google will warn you if there is a suspected issue.
